We are doing stuff

So, we are really getting into this. The flavors of the new toys are getting more sophisticated, like when you started to like brussel sprouts, gin, and anchovies. The colors are getting darker and slightly acidic. We are really growing up here at Grand Circus and our slower, wiser selves are reminding us of creepy uncles.

The list of stuff we want/have to do:

Memphis Taproom w/ Beer Garden - An existing model that we are totally making more rad. Look for a release party this summer to launch the new model. Check

Sketchy Van - Oh we just like this. Who cares if it doesn't sell? Check

Shady Joint - We want to make a toy of a mysterious building, maybe it's a strip club, maybe a speakeasy, we don't know.

Cesna - another in the Calamity Series. This little single-engine plane goes down in shark infested waters.

Tsunami - yeah, yeah we have been talking this one up for months. It's coming.

Sneak peek at a new model we're working on for the Trenton Ave. Arts Festival May 19.  http://trentonaveartsfest.blogspot.com/

This piece features an old school camper breaking through the ice on a lake. Ice is what happens when water freezes. That white stuff in the background, that's "SNOW" or frozen rain. We have these crazy things in the midwest. This poor scene probably happened in Minnesota or some other forsaken state far, far away.

We just received confirmation that we will be a vendor at Crafty Balboa April Showers. Stop and see us on Saturday, April 28. Later in the spring, you may check us out at Trenton Ave. Arts Festival Saturday, May 19.

Here is a sneak peek at a new one from our Detroit series. The Towne Club pop company has special reverence for us.
